Involved in short sale for years, Bill Syrios and Kenny Weaver recently put together all their experience to form a company completely dedicated to the processing and negotiations of short sales. That company is called THE SHORT SALE DOCTORS
They are joined by Tammy Wendt, Jackie Zito and Greg Stephens who oversee the processing with lenders. Gina and Kelly help in assisting them.
We also partner with skilled real estate agents to facilitate the transactions. If you do not have one, we’ll connect you to one. Once again you pay nothing because their commission comes out of lender’s funds. The key to success is teamwork between you, us and your agent.
What is sometimes not understood is that every short sale that is submitted to a lender MUST have a buyer with an OFFER for it to be taken seriously and for the lender to begin their processing quickly.
Our buyer is STEWARDSHIP PROPERTIES which began in 1989 as an real estate investment company. About 60% of the time Stewardship Properties closes on the property and the rest of the time a new buyer is found. When the new buyer is identified, Stewardship steps out of the transaction.

Married to Teresa for 32 years, with 4 sons. Began Stewardship Properties in 1989 and has been in real estate investment full-time for 18 years. In 2006 he expanded Stewardship with a second office in Salem and more recently helped extended Stewardship’s presence throughout Oregon. So, he sold his house in Vegas and moved to Eugene. In 2008 Bill and Kenny struck up a partnership and started The Short Sale Doctors to help over leverage homeowners. .
